Down Time

Sometimes you have to force yourself to ignore the mess, the deadlines and the noise. And you have to make yourself a G&T with premium rhubarb gin and elderflower tonic and you have to sit with a project that helps you turn the brainwaves into little squiggles rather than sharp peaks and valleys.

Know what’s great for that? This. It’s like color by numbers, sort of, but when you’re finished you have something over which I imagine Alexander of Antioch might feel compelled to give you a high five.

It’s called Querkles and it took an hour. An hour that took my stress level from “May Day! May Day!” to “Dude. Where’s my car?”
